Project Description
- Slit trench to determine existing services in area: To be carried out to determine nature and stability of ground and confirm the position and route of services.
- Reduce existing ground to formation levels and Removal of excess spoil of site: 264m3 of disposal, excavated material.
- Management of site deliveries e.g. plant, equipment, materials, stone, removal of spoil etc.
- Excavate foundations and blinding and backfill around rising walls for floor slabs.
- Install service pop-ups for floor slab and Install 500m2 of Radon sumps and membrane.
- Steel fixing and shuttering/ Pouring and finishing 400m2 of insulated concrete slab.
- Underground foul and storm drainage: Reduce ground to required level, Shutter for pads if . Pour concrete, Carry out drainage alteration to storm line, excavate down to pipeline . Install manhole and raise lid to required level.
- Underground electrical and comms ducting.
- Install watermain : 90m of watermain pipe connection.
- 102 m excavated for gas main
- Kerbing: Make good /retain existing landscape/footpaths at rear of extension.

- Tiny and small site to work with
- Excavated try holes to expose live services (mainwater, gais, cuvert)
- Management of the site deliveries, only one wat to get in the site
