Project Description

• Traffic Management 
• Identification and Protection of Existing Utilities, nominated LUGS card holder will scan area and clearly identify and mark up any service identified. Crew barriered off area and placed signage appropriately to offer protection for any staff or pedestrians in the area
• Excavation Trenching and Pipe laying 
• Butt Fusion and electro fusion Welding of PE Pipe done by a trained crew
• Pipe Chlorination and Sampling required by the Irish Water
• Pressure Test Type - Site Safety Set up 
• Back filling and paving reinstatement

Key Challenges

• Excavation with live services no detected by the CAT
• Work in tiny spaces and close to live services
• Qualified person to use weld pipes
