Project Description

• Excavated foundations, blinding and backfilled around rising walls for floor slabs. 
• Stone to be placed to correct level and compacted by use of vibrating plate. Stone sub base ,   blinded with sand. Crew to lay geotextile on top of sand base.
• Radon sumps and membrane.
• Steel fixing and shuttering/ Pouring and finishing of insulated concrete slab.
• Care will be taken in moving concrete vibrator from place to place 
• Rotation/breaks to be deployed for operatives using the concrete poker 
• Underground foul and storm drainage: Reduce ground to required level, Shutter for pads if .  Pour concrete, Carry out drainage alteration to storm line, excavate down to pipeline . Install manhole and raise lid to required level.
