From your first contact with Kendra, we offer a free consultation for your project. We then like to meet with your designer or architect to understand your project or home improvement and then offer a free estimative quote.   

However, if the client is happy with the estimative quote and would like to proceed with us, we would ask the designer for the construction drawings so that we can provide a more detailed and accurate quote. For this stage we will charge a fee and this fee will be deducted from the construction costs if the client agrees to proceed with these works with Kendra.

Then, we have the final meeting following up in all items to catch up all the unclear items. Also, we know each client has their own budget, so we try to work for any type of client and project. 

We have a strong Health & Safety culture, so in all our sites we would ask to any visitor to wear the proper PPE and let us know if someone is going to the site.
